Our goal is always to find out exactly what your needs are as well as your “pain points” so we can create the best plan, together, to eliminate as much of that stress as possible. People are different. Their needs are different. Their goals are different. This is the reason that we don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to marketing your home for sale or helping you find your new home. Although our approach may change, one thing that doesn’t is the level of service we provide or our commitment to you!

As much as we love real estate, our passion for people and our community is much greater. For us this business is never about the sale. It’s about the people we get to work with on a daily basis. Seeing joy in our Buyer Client’s eyes when we get to tell them that their offer has been accepted or presenting that perfect offer to our Seller Clients is what drives us.

Both born and raised in Sarnia and having moved several times, we have a strong appreciation and knowledge of every neighbourhood in our fair city as well as all of the communities we serve. As two of the biggest “local tourists” in town, we absolutely love Sarnia/Lambton and we want everyone else to love it just as much.
